Kim F. Harris, President and Chief Executive Officer, founder of Midlands Minerals Corporation, has over 20 years of business experience in Africa. Ms. Harris is also the founder and Managing Director of SIKA Resources Inc., a private exploration company founded in 1996. Former Director for Africa with Ontario International Corporation, Ms Harris has a Masters Degree from the University of Toronto, an International Management Certificate from the School of Business, University of Western Ontario, and a Bachelors degree from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia.

Paul E. Singer, C.A., Chief Financial Officer, has over 35 years experience as a Chartered Accountant in private practice. Mr. Singer is a graduate of Wilfred Laurier University.

Dr. David Groves, Technical Advisor, is a renowned expert on Ghanian and Tanzanian geology and associated with a number of major gold discoveries. Dr. Groves provides technical advice on target generation to major gold mining companies as well as junior exploration companies. Formerly a Professor of Geology at the University of Western Australia, he has authored a number of significant publications on various geological subjects.

Constantine Moshy (Geologist), Exploration Manager for Tanzania, has over 30 years of experience in exploration and geology. Mr. Moshy has worked for the Ministry of Energy and Minerals (MEM) in Tanzania and as a Chief Field Exploration Geologist with a private Australian-Tanzanian company.

Andrew Kamo, Project Geologist, has extensive hands on experience in Africa, including Ghana, Tanzania, Mali, Ethiopia and Central African Republic.

Naomi Benedikt, Controller & Assistant Vice President Administration, has worked in the financial management and accounting field for many years, holding senior positions including Controller in large property management companies. Mrs. Benedikt is a partner in Exactic Graphics Inc., a colour imaging company.

Richard Molyneux, Chairman and Director, was formerly the President and CEO of De Beers Canada Inc., and former General Manager on Namaquland, Finsch, Koffiefontein, and Kimberly operations (De Beers).

Edward Harris, Vice Chairman and Director, has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry with companies including Canada Life Assurance Company and RBC Dominion Securities Investment Management. Mr. Harris is also currently a Vice President and Portfolio Manager with McLean Budden Limited.

Keith Baptist, Director, is a former Director of Finance and Tax for Newmont Mining in Ghana, and former Director and CFO of Resolute Mining in Ghana.

John Carruthers, Director, is an engineer and was formerly with Casebank Technologies Inc. Mr. Carruthers has worked as a senior manager with Deloitte & Touche and has managed and operated major plants for Cytec Industries in Louisiana, USA, and Cyanamid of Canada Ltd. He graduated from the University of Windsor Ontario, with a degree in Applied Sciences.

Mark B. Keatley, Director, is a former Chief Financial Officer of Ashanti Goldfields Company Limited. With an MBA from Stanford Business School, an M.Phil, and an M.A. (Double First) from Cambridge University, Mr. Keatley’s career includes senior management positions with the International Finance Corporation, the World Bank, and Ford Motor Company, UK.

Darryl Levitt, Director, specializes in mining and securities law and is qualified to practice in Ontario and South Africa. He is of Counsel with MacLeod Dixon LLP, and brings broad African experience as well as experience in significant financings, mergers, and acquisitions. He is recognized as one of the top 34 mining law practitioners in Canada. He holds an L.L.B. as well as a B.Comm. in finance and Economics.

Karl Schmed, Director, is the former President of SQS Inc., a colour separation hi-tech company. Mr. Schmed is currently the President of Global Colour Link & Associates.
